Earlier this year, HenderCare announced the recipients of the 2022 HenderCare Foundation Remote Communities Grant and the HenderCare Foundation Disability Grant. HenderCare Foundation is proud to introduce Shooting Stars, the recipient of the HenderCare Foundation Remote Communities Grant.

As part of HenderCare Foundation’s ongoing support of the community, every year, two charitable organisations receive significant donations through a relationship between HenderCare Foundation and the Morialta Trust. The Foundation is proud to sponsor the HenderCare Foundation Remote Communities Grant and the HenderCare Foundation Disability Grant.

When you’re at the library or perusing around a bookstore, most of the time you will be able to find the book you want, and it will be published in your preferred language; but that’s not always the case for all.

Children’s Week is an annual festival celebrating the rights, achievements and needs of children across Australia.

National NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia in the first week of July each year to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
