Welcoming you on board

When you join the HenderCare team, we take you through a thorough induction process. We introduce you to our policies, procedures and codes of practice. This helps you understand how we work, and gives you the opportunity to ask questions along the way.

Professional development

We’re committed to supporting our staff by giving them opportunities for professional development.

Each year our team attend mandatory competency training sessions. Some of the professional development opportunities on offer throughout the year include:
