The Family Portal is a secure, easy-to-use online tool that allows clients and their nominated family members or representatives to:

Where We’re At
Right now, the Family Portal is undergoing user acceptance testing to ensure it works smoothly and is easy to navigate. Once that’s complete, our Consumer Advisory Group will trial it so that we can gather real feedback from the people who matter most – you.
We want the portal to meet your needs from day one, and these early testing phases help us make sure we get it right.

Once the portal is live, clients and families will be invited to opt in. You’ll receive information by email, post, and through your care team about how to get started, with full support available every step of the way.
