At HenderCare, we dedicate every moment to health and community care. Established in 2004, we’re a national organisation specialising in support services for older people and those with disability. Whether you have low, high or complex care needs, our highly trained staff will assist you to stay comfortable and safe in your own home.
At HenderCare, we build a service plan around your needs and goals.
Working with people with a disability and their support network is a crucial part of what we do at HenderCare. The NDIS has changed the way people access disability care, and as a registered NDIS provider, we can help you meet your goals.
Our allied health team is made up of qualified professionals who work with you to make sure you are on track to meet your goals. We can come to your home or provide telehealth services you can access online.
The NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The NDIS gives you the freedom to choose who supports you, and the flexibility to work with a range of service providers to help you reach your goals.
We’ve been supporting older Australians since 2004. We provide care in your home, in hospitals and in aged care facilities. It’s our job to find the right person to come and work with you. And it’s a job we take very seriously.

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) provides entry-level services for older Australians to help them live independently and safely in their own homes.
Since 2004, we've been providing around the clock nursing services to hospitals, agencies and people who need community-based services. Our team is available 24/7 to provide you with the right support.
With a focus on supporting children, aged two to 12, our Play Therapy service can help children living with a disability better express themselves and learn to cope with difficulties.
HenderCare offers private home care services for older people and those living with a disability. Our private home care service is available to anyone seeking care, and, as it does not rely upon an assessment or government subsidy, can be accessed straight away.
If you have feedback or wish to make a complaint, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns as soon as possible. In the event that you feel a complaint has not been sufficiently or appropriately addressed, you can seek further support from any of the agencies outlined below.

In 2004, HenderCare opened its doors in Adelaide. Our plan was to build a company that would provide the highest standards of care across the community and nursing sectors. Since then we have expanded across Australia, welcoming clients and staff in Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania and Queensland. We pride ourselves on the high-quality care and support we offer to people with a disability, people in the acute healthcare sector, and older Australians.
Giving our all for health and community care.
At HenderCare, we know that our team is our greatest asset. They are our face in the community and a direct link to our valued clients. When someone from the HenderCare team visits a client, we’re confident that they are going to provide the best possible service, every time.
From Perth to Adelaide, Melbourne to Sydney, Brisbane and beyond, we're always looking for enthusiastic new team members. Our team is a diverse group, made up of nurses, allied health professionals, assistants in nursing, personal care attendants, youth workers, domestic assistants and home and garden maintenance workers.
We’re committed to supporting our staff by giving them opportunities for professional development. We believe training leads to increased job satisfaction and better outcomes for both staff and customers.
