We're looking for full-time Coordinators to join our Adelaide team. Our Coordinators are a crucial part of our team, responsible for allocating staff to our clients, participants and referring organisations.

About the role

Based in the Adelaide CBD, you will be responsible for responding to staffing requests and meeting the expectations of our clients, participants, referring organisations and staff in a timely manner. 

Our ideal candidate

Ideally, you will:

  • have a nursing, agency or community service background
  • have experience in coordinating service delivery for a health services provider
  • be a proactive, lateral thinker with a can-do attitude
  • know how to use software programs that allocate staff to service users
  • be comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • be able to work across 7 day roster including weekends
