We are an NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality services to our clients in-home and community settings. We are seeking a Speech Pathologist who has experience working with children with a disability, and an Occupational Therapist who has experience working with adults with a disability, to work in our newly established Allied Health team.

About the roles

In these roles, you will be managing your own varied clinical caseload to provide high quality and evidence-based services to people with disability and older persons. These are leadership roles and you will provide support and mentoring to others in your team as well as work closely with the National Allied Health Manager to identify opportunities for business development.

Our ideal candidates

You must have:

  • degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
  • current registration with AHPRA (for Occupational Therapy)
  • proven depth of experience in provision of disability-specific therapy services
  • knowledge, skills and experience with family-focused and person-centered practice
  • the capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • experience in supervising and mentoring staff
  • strong communication skills
  • a current or willingness to obtain the relevant DHS screening clearances (obtained within the last 12 months)
  • current driver's licence
