Disability Support Services Coordinator

We're looking for a full-time Coordinator to join our Adelaide team. Our Coordinators are a crucial part of our team, responsible for allocating staff to our clients, participants and referring organisations.

About the role

Based in the Adelaide CBD, you will report to the Disability Managers and be responsible for responding to staffing requests and meeting the expectations of our clients, participants, referring organisations and staff in a timely manner.

Our ideal candidate

Ideally, you will:

  • have an understanding of NDIS and other community disability services and providers
  • have an understanding of client care plans and service agreements
  • be confident in face to face meetings and phone calls with clients and referring organisations
  • have experience in coordinating and rostering services
  • be able to work quickly and efficiently within tight time frames
  • have a high level of IT literacy and eye for detail
