We are an NDIS-registered provider delivering high quality services to our clients in home and community settings. We are seeking a Speech Pathologist who has experience in working with children with a disability to work in our newly established Allied Health team.

About the role

In this role, your key responsibility will be managing your own varied clinical caseload to provide high quality and evidence-based services to children with disability. This is a leadership role and you may be required to provide support and mentoring to others in your team as well as work closely with the National Allied Health Manager to identify opportunities for business development.

Our ideal candidate

You must have:

  • degree or higher qualification in Speech Pathology
  • current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • proven depth of experience in provision of disability specific children’s therapy services 
  • knowledge, skills and experience with family-focused and person-centered practice
  • the capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • experience in supervising and mentoring staff
  • strong communication skills
  • a current or willingness to obtain the relevant DHS screening clearances and Working With Children Check
  • current driver's licence
