If you need one-off support, or longer term planning, we are here to help.
We work directly with people in the community, and we also work with local councils and other government agencies to offer the support you need to live the life you want.
Each client is different - which means we work with you to tailor a plan to meet your needs.
Working with people with a disability and the people who support them has always been an important part of what we do. The NDIS has changed the way people with a disability access their care and support. You set your goals – we help you meet them.
Whether you want to get out and about in your community, get back to the workforce or develop your communication skills, we’re here to help. When you tell us what your goals are, we look at how we can best help you meet them. No two participants are the same, which is why we always work with you to make sure you are getting the most out of your NDIS plan.
The NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The NDIS gives you the freedom to choose who supports you, and the flexibility to work with a range of service providers to help you reach your goals.
You might be eligible for the NDIS if you:
You can check your eligibility for the NDIS here. When you’re ready, you can apply to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and they will get you started.

The NDIS is a huge step forward for people with a disability. It's also a big change for service providers. We believe that the best way to support you is to collaborate with the other members of your support team.

We’re very proud of the work we do with our veteran community. The Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) program is designed to provide basic, practical support to veterans who need some help in their own home. It doesn’t offer support for complex care needs.
Veterans' Home Care includes services like:
Most of the services you can access through the Veterans' Home Care program attract a small co-payment fee that you are responsible for.
If you think you are eligible for support through the Veterans’ Home Care program, your first step is to get in touch with the VHC Assessment Team on 1300 550 450. Once they have done their assessment, we're here and ready to help.

If you live in Perth, Adelaide or Melbourne and have a Home Care Package, we'd love to talk to you about how we can support you. Whether your Home Care Package is level 1, 2, 3 or 4, we have the right staff ready to deliver the best care.
Home Care Packages are funded by the Commonwealth Government. A Home Care Package can fund services like home and garden maintenance, transport, personal care, a helping hand with meal preparation, nursing care and social support. They are a great way for you to access support that will help you stay in your own home, longer.
Recent changes mean it's now much easier for you to choose your Home Care Package provider. You have the flexibility and freedom to change providers if you are looking for a better fit.
If you think you are eligible for a Home Care Package, the first step is to get in touch with your local Aged Care Assessment Team. The easiest way to do this is by visiting the My Aged Care website. The ACAT assessment is free, and once it’s done, the ACAT team will let you know what types of supports you need to safely and happily stay in your own home.
There are four levels of Home Care Packages:
Your Home Care Package helps you access support while still in your home. Our team are ready to support you with:
In some cases, the Commonwealth Government can offer you additional funding to your Home Care Package. Each supplement usually adds 10% of the total value of your package to your available funds.
It's important to note that if you are eligible for both the Veterans' Supplement and the Dementia and Cognition Supplement, you will usually only receive the Veterans' Supplement.
If you have a new Home Care Package, or want to move your Home Care Package from another provider, we're here to help. You can get in touch with our team by calling 1300 764 433 or sending us a message online.
Some of our clients find that government-subisidised services don't meet their needs for in-home care. Other clients prefer to top-up their Home Care Packages with additional services. Whatever you need, we're here to help.
You don't need an assessment from the Aged Care Assessment team to speak with us. We can work with you to build a tailored care package to meet your needs, as well as your budget. We offer all of the services you need to stay safely and comfortably in your own home.
You may only need short-term assistance, or you might like to speak with us about some longer-term care needs. You can call us on 1300 764 433 or send us a message to speak with our team about how we can help.
