Help in your home

Domestic assistance

Whether it's weekly or fortnightly or a yearly spring clean, we'll follow your instructions to make sure your house is just as you want it. If you need a hand with laundry or changing your bed linen, we can help. Our team are ready to lend a hand with the odd jobs around the home that always come up.

Garden maintenance

We can do the heavy lifting, pruning, mowing and weeding to make sure you can safely enjoy the peace and tranquility of your outdoor space.

Meal preparation

Our team can work with you to prepare nutritious and tasty meals, following your recipes if you have family favourites. We can also offer meal delivery assistance, for example, helping arrange Meals on Wheels for you.

Personal care

You have the right to shower comfortably, and get dressed at your own pace. Our staff know how important it is to respect your independence, while also providing the support you need.

Equipment and assistive technology

We can help you identify equipment that will help you stay at home, safely. Assistive technology ranges from items like movement-activated night lights and rails in your bathroom, to eqiupment like adjustable beds and stove-top monitors with automatic shut-off.

Veterans’ Home Care

As a contracted provider of Veterans' Home Care, we can help you with domestic assistance, personal care tasks, respite care and safety-related home and garden maintenance.

Getting out and about

Being independent means having the ability to get out into your community. If you need assistance getting to an appointment, or heading to a social event, our team can help.

Social support

Being able to do the activities you love is an important part of living your life. Our team is on hand, whether you would like some companionship over a cup of tea, or someone to accompany you to social functions.

Helping you understand the NDIS

Our skilled disability services team is ready to help you understand the NDIS, and work with you to make sure you're getting the most out of your NDIS plan. We are a registered NDIS provider, and we're here to support you.

Health services

Nursing care

We have a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses and specialist nurses on hand to provide high quality care for you. Our staff are particularly skilled at acute, gerontic and community nursing. Whether you need help with wound care, medication management, continence care, or more specialist care like tracheostomy care, or enteric feeding, we have the staff to support you.

Allied health services

If you need advice on how you can continue to independently look after yourself at home or you need a therapy plan to bring you closer to your goals, we can help connect you with the right allied health professionals. We're only a phone call away.

Respite care

When your family is also part of your care team, sometimes everyone needs a break. If your carer can't be with you for any reason, we have staff who can come and support you until your carer is back on board.

24 hour/live-in support

If you need support across the day and through the evening, we have the right team to help. We can match you with the most appropriate staff to provide care as you need it.

Home Care Packages

We are ready to provide levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 Home Care Packages in Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth. You now have greater flexibility than ever when choosing who comes into your home to support you. Which is just the way it should be.

Because we believe in Consumer Directed Care, we don't charge exit fees if you decide to move your Home Care Package to another provider. This is just one of the ways we support you in maintaining your independence.

Each consumer and participant is different - which means we work with you to tailor a plan to meet your needs.

We've put together some Frequently Asked Questions following conversations with a number of consumers in the community.
