Disability services

Working with people with a disability and the people who support them has always been an important part of what we do. The NDIS has changed the way people with a disability access their care and support. As a Registered NDIS Provider, we understand that these changes mean you set your goals, and we help you meet them.

Get in touch with our friendly team today.

Whether you want to get out and about in your community, get back to the workforce or develop your communication skills, we’re here to help. When you tell us what your goals are, we look at how we can best help you meet them. No two participants are the same, which is why we always work with you to make sure you are getting the most out of your NDIS plan.

The NDIS and you

The NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The NDIS gives you the freedom to choose who supports you, and the flexibility to work with a range of service providers to help you reach your goals.

You might be eligible for the NDIS if you:

  • live in Australia and are an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • are under 65 years old
  • have a lifelong impairment or disability that stops you from doing everyday things by yourself

You can check your eligibility for the NDIS here. When you’re ready, you can apply to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and they will get you started.

NDIS rollout

The NDIS is being rolled out across Australia in stages. Visiting the NDIS website will help you stay up to date with what's happening with the NDIS in your state.

Disability services we can help with

Every person with a disability has specific needs and individual goals. We work with you to make sure we are providing you with the best possible care, tailored to your plan. Our services include:

  • qualified support workers
  • support coordination
  • personal care, which can include showering and getting dressed
  • home and garden maintenance
  • nursing care, with registered, enrolled and specialist nurses
  • respite, where our staff provide you with the care you need when your carer can't be with you
  • speech pathology, including specialties in Augmentive and Alternative Communication (AAC) and motor speech disorders
  • physiotherapy
  • clinical psychology
  • social work
  • occupational therapy
  • help with navigating the NDIS

We pride ourselves on providing the best value for you. Our allied health staff can train your support workers in how to provide ongoing daily or weekly physio or speech pathology care. This means you are getting the most out of your care team, and the most out of your plan. It’s just one of the ways we believe we can help you reach your goals, faster.

From early intervention to complex care

Does your child need early intervention to assist with autism or cerebral palsy?

Are you a young adult wanting to live independently?

Are you living with complex care needs associated with a spinal cord injury or acquired brain injury?

Whatever your needs are, we have the skills and the right team to help. You tell us what your goals are, and we help you meet them. It’s as simple (and as complex) as that.

If you are just starting to look into early childhood intervention and want to know more about what it is and how it might help your child, this booklet is a great resource created by Early Childhood Intervention Australia. If you are ready to start choosing early childhood intervention services, this booklet is a good place to start. And our team is always on hand to answer your questions.

We're ready to work with you

The NDIS is a huge step forward for people with a disability. Our aim is to support you in reaching your goals. One of the best ways we can do this is by building the capacity of your support network. If we sound like a good match for you, you can call us on 1300 764 433 or send us a message to speak with our team.
