HenderCare can accept electronic referrals, referrals can also be sent by facsimile. Health unit managers and case managers may choose to discuss their referrals by speaking over the phone to a coordinator before sending a hard copy. Our team of experienced coordinators are available to take your referrals and discuss service provision, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

HenderCare aims to at all times meet the individual requirements of our service users. Our agency coordinators consult our clients to establish these requirements prior to service provision commencing and will regularly update requirements in formal and informal reviews.
