expects of its staff :-
HenderCare Registered and Enrolled Nurses must have :-
Current Registration with the Nurses Board of
South Australia/ Queensland/New South Wales/Western Australia;
Traceable appropriate work history;
Exemplary references;
Criminal History Record Check that results in a satisfactory offender
history;
Occupational Health Screening Assessment that reflects staff
are fit and
able to carry out the duties that are required in their employment.
HenderCare Specialist Nurses must have :-
Current Registration with the Nurses Board of
South Australia/Queensland/New South Wales/Western Australia;
Appropriate post-graduate qualification;
Traceable appropriate work history;
Exemplary references;
Criminal History Record Check that results in a satisfactory offender
history;
Occupational Health Screening Assessment that reflects staff
are fit and
able to carry out the duties that are required in their employment.
HenderCare Care Attendants must have :-
Certificate III in Aged or Disability Care (or equivalent);
Current Senior First Aid Certificate;
Manual Handling Certificate;
Relevant experience in their chosen field of work;
Exemplary references;
Criminal History Record Check that results in a satisfactory offender
history.
HenderCare Domestic Assistants/Gardeners and Home Maintenance
Workers must have :-
Traceable appropriate work history;
Manual Handling Certificate;
Exemplary references;
Criminal History Record Check that results in a satisfactory offender
history.
In addition to the above, HenderCare staff undertake an extensive
induction process which incorporates our philosophies, vision,
mission and commitment, code of practice, occupational health,
safety and welfare policy, emergency practices and other policies
of the organisation.
