Referring organisations may choose to discuss service requirements by speaking to a HenderCare service coordinator before sending a service request. Our experienced team of coordinators are available to take referrals and discuss service provision 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
The agency aims to meet the individual requirements of its referring organisations. HenderCare service coordinators will consult with referring organisations to establish these requirements prior to a service provision commencing and will regularly update requirements by way of formal and informal reviews.
Private clients are always welcome to discuss their or their loved one’s requirements over the telephone or a meeting can be arranged to formalise a care plan.
